Kitchen and household appliances industry is a research field invested by URC in recent years. Our research not only solves the demand of rational and functional concept-oriented products, but also seeks new opportunities for customers’ brands and products.
In 2019, we accepted the commission of leading domestic kitchen and household appliances brands to conduct brand health research. In this study, we break through the traditional brand health research design and add the inspection of the elements of brand experience. For a rather functional oriented products, we discover new opportunities for the brand to reposition from a new perspective through research analysis and consumers’ insights.
